    How much is shipping and how long does it take?

    We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $80! For orders under $80, a flat rate of $7.98 applies. Because every Sereney piece is carefully hand-finished and thoroughly inspected, please allow approximately 10 days for your package to arrive. Good things take time, and we promise the unboxing moment will be worth the wait!

    Will the package include a price tag or invoice?

    Never. We know the magic of gifting is in the surprise. Your order will arrive in our signature elegant packaging with absolutely no price tags or billing information inside.

    Can I ship the gift directly to the recipient's address?

    Absolutely. Simply enter their address in the "Shipping Address" section at checkout, and use your own address for the "Billing Address."

    I am ordering multiple gifts. Will they be boxed separately?

    Every single Sereney piece comes in its own individual, beautifully crafted gift box, complete with a heartfelt card, making each item perfectly ready to be handed to your loved ones.

    How can I track my order once it's placed?

    As soon as your serendipitous gift leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a live tracking number. You can monitor its journey every step of the way until it safely reaches its destination.
