  1. The Sereney Promise: 30-Day Gift Grace Period

    We understand that timing is everything when it comes to meaningful gifting. To ensure your complete peace of mind, Sereney proudly offers an extended 30-Day Gift Grace Period. If the piece doesn’t perfectly capture the moment or fit as expected, we are here to help you exchange it or return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

     

  2. Condition of Return: The "Unworn" Standard 。

    To uphold the pristine quality of our collection for all customers, eligible returns must be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

    Pieces must show absolutely no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

    All items must be returned with their original signature packaging intact, including the jewelry box, pouches, and the customized heartfelt cards.

    Please Note: Sereney reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or if the original packaging is missing. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

     

  3. Exemptions: Bespoke & Final Sale Items

    Every personalized piece is a unique serendipity created specifically for your story. Because of their individualized nature, all customized, engraved, or bespoke items are strictly FINAL SALE. These pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive physically defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error. Additionally, gift cards and items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

     

  4. The Return Process: Your Concierge Service

    We believe resolving an issue should be as seamless as the gifting experience itself. To initiate a return or exchange:

    Reach Out: Contact our Gift Concierge team at snsads@sereneyjewelry.com with your Order Number and a brief explanation.

    Receive Your Label: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.)

    Pack & Ship: Securely pack the unworn item in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier.

     

  5. Refunds vs. "Sereney Credit"

 

Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed.

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment (please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Sereney Credit Advantage: If you choose to receive your refund as Store Credit for a future gift, we will instantly issue your credit plus an additional 10% bonus value as a token of our appreciation for keeping your serendipity within the Sereney family.
