Standard Orders: Hand-finished and dispatched from our studio within 1-2 business days.

Bespoke & Engraved Orders: Because your personalized story is crafted meticulously by our artisans, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing before dispatch. (Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.)

We partner with premium global carriers to ensure your gift arrives safely. Once your order leaves our studio, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 6-10 business days (Free on all orders over $80)

Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days ($9.98 flat rate)
