The necklace itself is a 5/5. The pink, white, and grey pearls look stunning together. I took a star off because the inner ribbon on the gift box was a little frayed at the ends. I just snipped it with scissors before gifting it to my mom. Otherwise, a perfect gift.

The New Grandma necklace is beautiful. I love that it has a nice long extender chain. My mother-in-law has a slightly thicker neck and usually struggles with standard 18-inch chains, but this fit her perfectly on the last loop.
The pearls have a really nice weight to them, they don't feel hollow or cheap. The gray pearl in particular has a beautiful shine. Giving it 4 stars just because I wish you guys offered a solid 14k gold option for the chain, I would gladly pay more for that! But for the price, it's unbeatable.

Bought the New Grandma one for my wife. The jewelry is nice, no complaints there. But the USPS driver left it out in the rain on my porch instead of putting it in the mailbox. Thankfully the jewelry box inside the mailer was wrapped in plastic so it didn't get ruined.
